Payroll Specialist - Onsite in Weymouth, MA
Our client, a financial services organization, is seeking a Payroll Specialist for a contract assignment with the possibility to extend or convert. This role will handle payroll processing across multiple entities and provide support to the HR team.
Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll for several hundred employees across multiple entities
- Maintain employee records, accruals, and benefit balances
- Address payroll-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees and managers
- Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and compliance requirements
- Support HR and Finance with additional payroll-related projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience
- Experience with Paylocity or other payroll systems preferred
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
