Senior Accountant - Onsite in Southern New Hampshire
Our client, a growing multi-location hospitality company, is seeking a Senior Accountant for a 3-month contract. This onsite role will provide critical support to the accounting team by helping manage balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets, and general ledger activities during a period of heavy workload.
Responsibilities:
- Support month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Assist with fixed asset accounting and related schedules
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records
- Contribute to process improvements and audit preparation as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online or other ERP systems a plus
