Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist
Our client, a growing life sciences company, is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Specialist to support their accounting team. This is a fully remote role offering 10-15 hours per week through the end of the year, with flexible scheduling during business hours.
Responsibilities:
- Process vendor payments and resolve discrepancies
- Review and process employee expense reports
- Maintain accurate transaction and reconciliation records
- Assist with audit documentation and reporting needs
- Perform monthly credit card reconciliations for accuracy and compliance
Qualifications:
- Experience in accounts payable and employee expense processing
- Familiarity with NetSuite and Concur preferred
