Travel & Expense Program Associate
Our client, a company in the automation and supply chain industry, is seeking a Travel & Expense Program Associate for a contract assignment with potential to extend. This role will provide support to the finance team with travel and expense activities, compliance monitoring, and employee assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Review expense and corporate card activity for accuracy and policy compliance
- Assist with card administration and employee onboarding/offboarding
- Provide support to employees with travel and expense questions
- Help with reporting, audits, and general process improvements
- Collaborate with finance and HR teams on program needs
Qualifications:
- Background in finance, accounting, or compliance
- Experience with expense management systems (e.g., Concur, Certify, SAP, Workday, or similar)
