Accounts Payable Specialist - Onsite / Framingham, MA
Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support their finance team. This is a fully onsite role.
Responsibilities:
- Review, enter, and process vendor invoices and payments
- Perform reconciliations of vendor accounts and credit card statements
- Set up new vendors and maintain accurate records
- Work with internal teams to resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
- Support general AP functions including filing, reporting, and compliance tasks
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience
- Proficiency with Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
