Payroll Specialist - Onsite (Canton, MA)
Our client, an educational organization, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support their busy finance team on an open-ended temporary basis. This role will help manage biweekly payroll operations for a large employee base and ensure accuracy and compliance across all payroll activities.
Responsibilities:
- Process biweekly payroll.
- Enter and verify payroll transactions including earnings, deductions, and adjustments.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with tax and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries.
- Support audits and year-end reporting by maintaining thorough payroll documentation.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Paycom is required.
