A well-established and respected nonprofit organization based in the Greater Los Angeles area (outside of downtown) is conducting a confidential search for a strategic, results-driven Chief Development Officer (CDO) to lead its comprehensive fundraising program. Position Summary

The Chief Development Officer will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and oversee all aspects of the organization's fundraising strategy and execution. This includes individual giving, major gifts, institutional partnerships (foundations and corporations), special campaigns, and events.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and inspiring leader who can build and manage a high-performing team, while personally cultivating and stewarding high-value donor relationships.
