We are seeking a highly skilled and credentialed Senior Auditor to join our confidential healthcare organization. This role requires a strong background in financial auditing within the managed care environment, with specific expertise in Medicare and Medicaid auditing considered a major advantage. Candidates must hold one of the following certifications: CPA, CMA,CIA, CISA or CFE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial statement analysis and risk assessments to identify trends and potential issues.
- Perform audits of internal processes and external partners, with a focus on compliance, cost control, and performance.
- Communicate effectively with Plan Partners (PPGs) and providers regarding audit findings.
- Develop and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) where necessary.
- Conduct cost and root cause analyses to address financial discrepancies and operational inefficiencies.
Maintain awareness of industry trends, regulatory changes, and risk areas within the managed care landscape
