A growing Non-Profit is seeking a Hybrid Grants Management Supervisor to oversee all financial and grant management activities for one or more key program areas-such as Head Start, Family Well-Being, Resource & Referral, or other grant-funded initiatives. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring compliance, financial accuracy, and reporting integrity across multiple funding sources, while directly supervising a team of Grant Accountants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership
    Supervise and develop a team of Grant Accountants. Oversee financial reporting, projections, journal entries, monthly meetings with program leadership, budget planning, and audit-ready grant documentation. Ensure alignment with funder requirements, internal policies, and US GAAP.

  • Program Area Oversight
    Serve as the primary fiscal liaison for assigned program(s). Provide guidance on grant compliance, manage budget modifications, oversee grant closeouts, and ensure proper setup of new awards across systems and procedures.

  • People Management
    Support recruitment, onboarding, goal setting, performance evaluations, and training for assigned staff.

  • Process Improvement & Systems
    Partner with Finance leadership to improve workflows, support automation and dashboarding through Adaptive Insights (AI), and implement new financial tools. Monitor and enhance team adoption and usage of technology.

  • Cost Allocation & Compliance
    Oversee application of cost allocation methodologies to ensure compliance with OMB, grantor, and internal standards.

  • Special Projects
    Conduct research and support strategic finance initiatives as needed.
