About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Import/Export Operations Analyst to keep our global supply chain moving smoothly. In this role, you'll manage the flow of seed and non-seed materials-including chemical, research, and specialty products-across international borders. You'll ensure shipments are compliant, on time, and audit-ready while collaborating across logistics, production, and planning teams.
What You'll Do
Manage import/export operations in line with U.S. and international trade regulations (APHIS, USDA, CBP, etc.).
Coordinate shipments across air, ocean, land, and rail with freight forwarders, brokers, and internal partners.
Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation to support compliance and efficiency.
Partner with warehousing, supply chain, and production teams to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and strengthen global trade performance.
Act as the main point of contact for international customers and logistics partners.
