Sales Operations Specialist - Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Our client, a growing technology company, is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support their Finance and Sales teams during a period of rapid growth and integration. This role will focus on processing sales orders, quotes, and contracts while ensuring accuracy and compliance across internal systems.
Responsibilities:
- Process new business, renewals, and expansion orders.
- Review and audit submitted opportunities for accuracy and policy compliance.
- Track approvals and maintain documentation within CRM and internal systems.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to streamline order workflows.
- Support ad hoc reporting and administrative projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a Sales Operations or similar role.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; ERP experience a plus.
