We are seeking an experienced, professional, and highly organized Bilingual Medical Receptionist (English/Spanish) to join our fast-paced medical office in Fountain Valley. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and comfortable multitasking in a high-volume healthcare environment. Experience with Epic electronic medical records (EMR) is a strong plus.

This position requires flexibility to travel to different clinic locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/check out patients in a professional and friendly manner

• Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays

• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments

• Answer and route high-volume phone calls efficiently

• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system (Epic experience preferred)

• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

• Handle referrals, authorizations, and medical records requests

• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

• Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse patient population
