Contracts Operations Specialist - Remote (Local to Boston, MA)
Our client, a rapidly growing organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Contracts Operations Specialist to support their Procurement and Legal Operations teams. This role will help streamline contract management workflows, ensure data accuracy, and maintain efficient document routing across multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage the intake and routing of contract requests across departments
- Review and perform light redlining of standard agreements based on established playbooks
- Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Procurement, Finance, and IT) to ensure timely processing and approvals
- Maintain accurate data and document tracking within the contract management system (CLM)
- Support e-signature execution and ensure proper filing of finalized agreements
- Assist with process documentation and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in contract operations, administration, or legal support
- Hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools; Ironclad or similar preferred
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) required
