Billing Analyst - Boston, MA (Hybrid)

Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking a Billing Analyst to support their billing operations. This role focuses on preparing and reviewing client invoices, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

Prepare, update, and finalize client invoices
Coordinate required approvals and follow up on outstanding items
Research billing data and process adjustments
Ensure billing aligns with client guidelines
Assist with resolving billing questions and supporting project teams
Provide help with AR/collections and related billing projects

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
At least 6+ months of billing, accounting, or office experience
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Oracle or e-billing systems is helpful
