AR Billing Analyst - Boston, MA/Hybrid

Our client, a professional services firm, is seeking an AR/Billing Analyst to support both billing operations and accounts receivable functions. This role focuses on preparing invoices, reviewing billing data, and assisting with collections efforts.

Responsibilities

Prepare, update, and finalize client invoices
Coordinate approvals and follow up on outstanding billing items
Research and verify billing data
Ensure invoices align with client requirements
Support AR tasks such as reviewing aging reports and following up on outstanding balances
Maintain detailed billing and AR records
Assist with resolving billing issues and partnering with internal teams

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
At least 6+ months of billing, AR, or office experience
