Part Time Finance & Operations Associate - Hybrid / Natick, MA

A growing professional services firm is seeking a part-time Finance & Operations Associate to support core financial and operational functions. This role involves managing routine accounting tasks, handling transaction processes, and preparing reports to ensure accurate and timely financial data.

Responsibilities

Perform general bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
Reconcile accounts and ensure proper categorization of transactions
Prepare standard financial reports and summaries
Manage transaction processing and monitor account activity
Assist with operational reporting and data entry using internal systems and Excel

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Experience with transaction or escrow management preferred but not required
