Responsibilities
- Review and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable
- Research and resolve claim issues, including denials and rejections
- Submit appeals and corrected claims as needed
- Communicate with payers and vendors to address billing inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to established billing procedures
Qualifications
- Prior experience in accounts receivable or billing
- Familiarity with practice management systems and Excel preferred
