Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end close and treasury activities
- Manage accounting and procurement systems
- Supervise payroll processes and coordinate with external providers
- Lead and support a small finance team
- Prepare and review financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and support related deliverables
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in accounting or finance leadership roles
- Strong experience with ERP systems (NetSuite required; procurement systems preferred)
- Background in manufacturing or contract accounting is a plus
- Experience with payroll systems and treasury management preferred
