M&A Integration Program Manager - Hybrid- Boston, MA

Our client, a mid-sized technology organization, is seeking an M&A Integration Program Manager to support cross-functional integration efforts related to recent acquisitions. This role focuses on coordinating operational workstreams, aligning internal teams, and supporting system and process transitions during integration activities.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate integration activities and track key milestones across multiple workstreams
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, risks, and documentation
  • Partner with internal teams across operations, finance, sales, and technology to support alignment
  • Assist with process and system integration within Quote‑to‑Cash and CRM-related areas
  • Provide consistent reporting and status updates to internal stakeholders
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience supporting or managing M&A integrations
  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including CPQ
  • 5+ years of Quote‑to‑Cash experience
  • Experience using collaboration or project management tools preferred
  • SaaS industry experience preferred
