- Assist with collecting, organizing, and reviewing student financial aid documents
- Provide general guidance to students on application steps and available funding options
- Enter and update information in internal systems and track required items
- Prepare standard communications and review forms for accuracy
- Meet with students to explain financial responsibilities and next steps
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding missing documentation or follow‑ups
- Maintain basic logs, reports, and student records
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in an office, customer service, or financial aid‑related role preferred
- Experience with data entry preferred
