Staff Accountant - Hybrid / Boston, MA
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed bank and account reconciliations involving high volumes of historical data
- Validate, map, and organize financial information within accounting software
- Research discrepancies and work through missing or incomplete transaction data
- Ensure financial and revenue information transfers accurately between internal systems
- Partner closely with leadership to support data cleanup and documentation efforts
- Assist with accounting activities supporting month‑end, year‑end, and audit preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains preferred
- Exposure to system integrations or ERP transitions a plus
