Beacon Hill is seeking an Accounts Payables/Receivables Clerk to fill a role in the St. Louis area. This will be a contract to hire position and will require the following:
- Creating accurate and timely invoices.
- Ensuring the billing system is up-to-date and accurate.
- Prepare and distribute monthly account statements to customers.
- Following up on overdue invoices.
- Preparing financial reporting.
- Perform account reconciliations.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in AP/AR roles.
- High School Diploma OR GED.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience with MS Excel.
