Beacon Hill Financial is looking for a contract to hire Accounting Specialist for our client located in the St. Louis county area. The role is paying between $23-$25/hr and is 100% onsite.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine accounting and clerical functions to support the finance department
- Process, record, and maintain financial transactions and related documentation
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
- Reconcile financial data and help identify and resolve basic discrepancies
- Support audits, reporting, and other accounting projects as needed
Skills and Specifications:
- Strong technical skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge or familiarity of accounts receivable and accounts payable procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment
- Must be well organized with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to be self-sufficient in prioritizing tasks
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with both clients and attorneys
