We're hiring a Project Accountant to support a tech-savvy, construction firm on Harbor Island (between SoDo and West Seattle - free parking included!). This is a fully onsite role supporting a variety of project accounting and billing functions in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details:
Location: Harbor Island, Seattle (between SoDo and West Seattle)
Schedule: Fully onsite (free parking!)
Duration: Approximately 6 months
Pay: $28-$35/hour (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Review digital work order dashboards and collect field data
Manage billing processes and track labor and material costs
Support project setup, contract review, and vendor coordination
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and urgent requests
Requirements:
5+ years of project accounting experience deally within a construction environment
Hands-on experience with construction billing, job costing, or related accounting functions
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working onsite in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
