Benefits & Leaves Specialist
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 3 days/week)
A client in Boston, MA, is looking to hire a Benefits & Leaves Specialist to support leave of absence (LOA) administration and compliance, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, Worker's Compensation, and more. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with employees on LOA, strong benefits knowledge, and a customer service-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of hands-on leave of absence administration experience (FMLA, STD/LTD, etc.)
- Multi-state HR experience strongly preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
