HR Business Partner
Location: Hybrid (Onsite 2-3 days/week in Boston, MA)
Our client in Boston, MA, is looking to bring on an HR Business Partner to support company growth. This role will serve as an HRBP to the business as well as offer programmatic support in talent acquisition, talent management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and more. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional and a strategic thinker who is adept at identifying and framing problems while building trusting relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with managers and employees across all functions on coaching, counseling and employee relations and/or outreach
- Manage employee experience programs, ensuring alignment with the firm's commitment to an inclusive workplace culture
- Oversee annual evaluation process and performance management
- Develop programming that supports employee engagement, belonging, retention and a positive workplace culture
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in HR, employee experience, or HR program management
- Proven project management, communication, and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of compliance in the workplace
