Contract Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Hybrid (onsite 1-2 days/week)
Our client, a clinical stage pharma company based in Cambridge, is looking for a contract Recruiting Coordinator to join their team to support future growth.
Responsibilities:
- Write and post job descriptions on career websites and job boards
- Schedule interviews
- Communicate with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage candidate activity & reporting in their ATS
- Ad hoc TA/HR projects
Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience as a recruiting coordinator
- Experience using an ATS
- Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
- Experience working for a biotech/pharma company preferred
