Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 2 days/week)
Our Boston-based client is looking for a contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their HR team to support interview scheduling, candidate experience, travel booking, new hire onboarding & more.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule virtual and in-person interviews for a wide range of positions
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires in the application tracking system (ATS)
- Communicate effectively with candidates & managers to ensure a positive hiring process
- Support new employee onboarding by preparing hiring paperwork and information packets
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of work experience supporting a TA function
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems a plus
- Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
