Contract HR Business Partner
Location: Hybrid in Boston (Onsite 2-3 days/week)
Our technology client is looking to bring on a Contract HR Business Partner for a 6-8-month assignment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working as an HR business partner in a global environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR solutions support and consultation to functional leaders and their teams
- Serve as a point of contact for managers and employees on employee relations issues, offering guidance and support on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters
- Continue to shape an inclusive culture and drive employee engagement
- Support new hire onboarding and employee lifecycle events with strong attention to detail and care
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working as an HRBP
- Prior experience working for a tech company
- Prior experience working in a global environment
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust with employees and leadership at all levels
