HRIS Analyst
Location: Hybrid in Waltham (onsite 2 days/week)
A professional services firm client is looking to hire a highly capable HRIS Analyst with Workday HCM experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the configuration, support, and optimization of Workday HCM
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday and drive continuous process improvements within the system
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
- Main point of contact for employees' HRIS-related inquiries
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of HRIS experience, including at least 2 years of Workday HCM experience
- Experience with system configuration, implementation, reporting, and data analysis in Workday
- Global HRIS experience preferred
- Strong communication and project management skills
