Senior Recruiter
Location: Hybrid (Onsite 2 days/week in Burlington, MA)
A client in the engineering space is looking to add a Senior Recruiter to their team to support hiring for warehouse & operations-focused roles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process for a wide variety of roles, including specialized, senior-level positions
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies to find and hire qualified candidates through various channels
- Provide consistent updates to applicants throughout the interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Build and maintain a pipeline of strong talent for evergreen roles & frequently targeted skillsets
- Lead various initiatives to enhance employer brand and utilize recruitment metrics to assess their effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, including working on specialized, senior-level positions
- Experience recruiting for warehouse and operations roles required
- Experience managing a high volume of reqs at one time
