Part-time HR Associate
Location: Hybrid in Newton, MA (onsite 2-3 days/week)
A client in the education space is looking to hire a Part-time HR Associate to work 20-32 hours/week. This is a permanent, part-time position that will provide support with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, leaves of absence, payroll, and more.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of human resources experience
- Experience handling leaves of absence
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
