VP of HR
Location: Hybrid near Brockton, MA (onsite 3 days/week as needed)
A manufacturing client is looking to hire a VP of HR to own their people strategy as the business grows.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the leadership team on company-wide strategy
- Own the development of strategic HR plans and policies across the entire function
- Serve as a business partner and coach to senior leadership & managers around talent strategy, leadership development, organizational development, change management, and more
- Oversee benefits, HRIS, and payroll operations
- Manage an HR team across multiple sites
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of HR leadership experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment required
- Experience managing the HR function for an organization with multiple sites & a global reach
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
