Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager
Location: Hybrid in Boston (onsite 3 days/week)
A professional services client is seeking a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager. Some responsibilities include:
- Oversee and coordinate affinity group programming
- Project manage diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives, including timelines, agendas, communications, event planning, and trainings
- Partner and collaborate with stakeholders across the firm on budgeting, marketing, operations & more
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years of related experience in HR, L&D, or DE&I
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity & inclusion
