Compensation Contractor
Location: Hybrid in Boston (onsite 1-2 days/week)
A Boston-based healthcare client is looking to hire a Compensation Contractor for a 4-month assignment. This person will be responsible for supporting a compensation module implementation, among other compensation-related projects.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of compensation experience
- Compensation module implementation experience (Workday strongly preferred)
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
