Contract HR Business Partner
Location: Hybrid in Needham, MA (Onsite 3 days/week)
A technology client in Needham, MA, is looking to bring on a Contract HR Business Partner for a 6-month assignment. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience working as an HR business partner in a global environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR solutions support and consultation to leadership and their teams
- Serve as a point of contact for managers on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters
- Coach business leaders around talent planning and learning & development
- Continue to shape an inclusive culture and drive employee engagement
- Identify training and development opportunities that will help close employee skill gaps
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience working as an HRBP
- Prior experience working for a tech company
- Prior experience working for a global company
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust with employees and leadership at all levels
