Contract Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Onsite in Cambridge, MA
An exciting biotech client in Cambridge, MA, is looking for a contract Recruiting Coordinator with Greenhouse ATS experience to join their team for a 6-month assignment with potential to extend.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate & manage complex interview schedules
- Communicate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process
- Host candidates onsite for interviews
- Manage candidate activity & reporting in ATS
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of high-volume scheduling experience
- Greenhouse ATS experience required
