Contract Benefits Specialist
Location: Hybrid in Roslindale, MA (onsite 2-3 days/week)
A healthcare client is looking to hire a Contract Benefits Specialist for a 3-month contract to support benefits administration, benefits audits, leave of absences (LOA), HRIS updates in Workday, and more.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of benefits administration experience
- Direct experience with managing LOA cases
- Experience working in an HRIS (Workday strongly preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
