Contract Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Hybrid in Norwood, MA (3 days/week onsite)
Our client based in Norwood, MA, is looking for a contract Recruiting Coordinator to join their team for a 3-month assignment.
Responsibilities:
- Write and post job descriptions on career websites and job boards
- Coordinate & manage complex interview schedules across mutliple time zones
- Communicate with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage candidate activity & reporting in ATS
- Ad hoc TA/HR projects
Requirements and skills:
- 2+ years of scheduling experience (high-volume and across multipe time zones)
- Experience using an ATS
