Director of Employee Relations
Location: Hybrid in Providence, RI (onsite 3-4 days/week)

A client in Providence, RI, is looking to hire a Director of Employee Relations to join their HR team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years of in-depth experience with employee relations, including running investigations independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert knowledge and guidance on employment relations functions, executing on investigations, facilitating trainings, and more
  • Lead conflict resolution, mediation facilitation, and support overall performance management
  • HR administration, including employment verifications, vaccination tracking, case management and accommodation requests

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years of dedicated employee relations experience
  • Experience running investigations independently
  • HRIS experience (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
