Director, HRBP
Location: Hybrid in Burlington, MA (Onsite 1-2 days/week)
A tech company in Burlington, MA, is looking to hire a Director, HRBP, to support their go-to-market (GTM) functions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company with an impressive HR function. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant strategic HR partnership in a global setting.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the strategic HRBP to GTM
- Lead performance management, talent development, and succession planning
- Drive organizational change initiatives
- Provide coaching and employee relations support to both new and experienced managers
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of employment law, compliance, talent acquisition, and more
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive and well-rounded experience in HR
- Global HR experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to partner with leadership, leading strategic initiatives & driving organizational change
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
