Director, HRBP
Location: Hybrid in Cambridge, MA (Onsite 2x/week)
A life sciences client in Cambridge, MA, is looking to hire a Director, HRBP, to partner with senior leadership on people strategy. Some responsibilities include:
- Lead HR strategy with a focus on employee engagement, leadership development, performance management, and succession planning
- Manage annual HR processes including compensation planning, performance management, promotions, organization design, and more
- Forge strong relationships across the entire HR organization to ensure company-wide initiatives are developed and implemented successfully
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience working in the life sciences required
- Global HR experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to strategically partner with leadership and manage stakeholders
