Contract HRBP
Location: Hybrid in Cambridge, MA (Onsite 1 day/week)
A startup biotech client in Cambridge, MA, is looking to bring on a Contract HRBP for a 6-month assignment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working as an HRBP, ideally within a startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR solutions support and consultation to leadership and their teams
- Serve as a point of contact for managers on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment for open roles
- Provide hands-on, operational support for all HR matters impacting your employee population
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working as an HRBP
- Prior experience working for a startup company
- Life sciences and global experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust with employees and leadership at all levels
