Contract Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 2-3 days/week)
Our client, a consulting firm based in Boston, is looking for a contract Recruiting Coordinator to join their team to support a busy campus recruiting season.
Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment team throughout every stage of the hiring process
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication, prioritizing candidate experience
- Support recruitment event planning efforts
- Manage candidate activity & reporting in the ATS
- Ad hoc TA/HR projects
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven work experience as a recruiting coordinator (preferably in a professional services environment)
- Experience using an ATS
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
