Contract Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Hybrid in Devens, MA (Onsite 3+ days/week)
An innovative startup client in Devens, MA, is looking for a contract Recruiting Coordinator with direct experience to join their team to support company growth.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate & manage interview schedules, including booking travel
- Communicate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process
- Host candidates onsite for interviews
- Manage candidate activity & reporting in ATS
- Support TA team in building out processes and templates
Requirements and skills:
- 2+ years of scheduling experience
- Previous ATS experience required
- Experience working in a startup preferred
