HR Manager
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 3-4 days/week)

Our client, a highly successful financial services firm in Boston, is looking to hire an experienced HR Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with deep knowledge of benefits administration, leaves of absence, and compliance. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills, as well as a proven ability to solve problems and work collaboratively across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 6+ years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on benefits administration, leaves of absence, and compliance
  • Professional services experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of both state and federal employment law
  • Experience supporting immigration processes and partnering with outside counsel
