Contract Benefits Manager
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 4 days/week)
A real estate client in Boston is looking to bring on a Contract Benefits Manager for a 3-6 month assignment to support high-volume benefits administration and open enrollment, in addition to managing a small team.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of benefits administration experience, including overseeing a benefits program
- Direct experience running open enrollment required
- People management experience strongly preferred
- Experience working in an HRIS
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
