Contract Compensation Analyst
Location: Hybrid in Boston (3 days/week onsite)
Our client in the financial services space in Boston is conducting a search for a Compensation Analyst for a 4-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a few years of direct compensation experience with strong analytical and Excel skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support the year-end compensation planning process, including merit, equity, and incentives
- Conduct job evaluations for new and existing positions to determine market compensation level, internal equity, eligibility for incentive plans, and more
- Complete & analyze market surveys
- Create market data reporting and communication materials for HRBPs and internal managers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of compensation experience, ideally with Workday
- Strong Excel and analytical experience
