Contract Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Hybrid in Cambridge, MA (onsite 2-3 days/week)
A biotech client is looking for a contract Recruiting Coordinator with direct experience to join their team for 6+ months to support hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate & manage interview schedules
- Communicate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process
- Support new hire onboarding
- Manage candidate activity & reporting in the ATS
- Support TA team in managing ad-hoc projects
Requirements and skills:
- 2+ years of recruitment coordination experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in the life sciences strongly preferred
- Previous ATS experience
