Contract Benefits & Leaves Specialist
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 4 days/week)
A client in the healthcare space in Boston, MA, is looking to hire a Benefits & Leaves Specialist for a 3-month contract to support benefits and leave of absence (LOA) administration and compliance, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, Worker's Compensation, and more. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with employees on LOA, strong benefits knowledge, and a customer service-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on LOA experience (FMLA, STD/LTD, etc.)
- Well-rounded benefits administration experience
- Direct experience using Workday HRIS
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment
